StoriBot AI
Machines find the evidence. Leaders decide the truth. StoriBot AI is built on that division of labour.
My role
I am COO of StoriBot AI. The role is what it sounds like: building the operating machine behind the product and the client work, from delivery methodology and quality standards to pricing, staffing and the weekly rhythm that keeps commitments from slipping.
I came to it after four decades of running businesses that had to work on a Monday morning, which is a useful background for an AI company. Technology problems are interesting. Operating problems are what determine whether clients renew.
What StoriBot AI does
StoriBot AI helps businesses uncover the gap between the value they create and the story the market understands, then turns that insight into positioning, content and commercial results.
The system reads the evidence a business already owns: customer conversations, reviews, support history, sales notes, win and loss records. It surfaces the outcomes that repeat and the language customers use when nobody is selling to them. Then a human team, working with the owner or the leadership group, makes the positioning decision and builds the expression around it.
We call the discipline Narrative Intelligence. It is deliberately unglamorous: evidence, decision, expression, then the discipline to keep saying the same true thing until the market repeats it back to you.
Who it is for
Founder-led and owner-operated companies in the growth stretch, where the product is genuinely good and the story has not kept up. Businesses preparing for a sale or a raise, where an unclear narrative shows up directly in valuation. And established organisations whose positioning was written for a market that no longer exists.
It is a poor fit for businesses looking for volume content with no interest in evidence. If the ambition is more words, the market already has an infinite supply.
How we use AI responsibly
AI does the reading, clustering and drafting. Humans own the claim. We do not publish a proof point that the client cannot substantiate on request, and we do not let a model invent a customer outcome that never happened.
Client data is handled as the sensitive asset it is. The value of this work depends entirely on trust, and trust is not recoverable once it is spent. That is the same principle that governed loyalty data thirty years ago, applied to a faster set of tools.
Why the operating background matters
Positioning that ignores operations is decoration. If the story promises responsiveness, the service model has to deliver it. If the story promises expertise, the hiring and training have to support it. A large part of my job is making sure the narrative we build is one the business can actually keep.
That link between story and operations is the reason clients bring us into rooms that normally stay closed to agencies: pricing decisions, service redesign, sales compensation, and the question of what the business should stop doing.
Working together
Engagements usually begin with a diagnostic on the value gap, followed by a positioning decision session with the leadership team, then a build phase for the expression layer and a measurement cadence.
If your business is better than its reputation, that is a solvable problem. Write to me at joecorepurposesolutions@gmail.com.
